Only pay for what you use

Ordered too many boxes? No problem – just return the unused ones to us for free when we collect your full boxes for storage. Your monthly storage charges only start when we collect your packed boxes.

Staying a while? Commit to 6 months and save

If you know you'll be storing for 6 months or longer, you can save up to 20% on each box. Commit to a 6 month contract and they'll be £4.50 per month and £4.50 to return. Or you can opt for our super saver deal, pay for the first six months up front and the boxes will be only £4 per month and £4 to return. After the 6 months, you keep the same low price no matter how long you store.

Oversized items

Most oversized items cost the same as a box - suitcases, your own boxes or golf clubs are all fine. We'll take most things that can be lifted by one person, so that's less than 1.5 metres long and max 25 kg, but some larger items cost more. If you're unsure, check with us first.

Anything else I need to know?

High-quality boxes and door-to-store service cost us a lot, so there are a few important things we ask of you in order to keep our prices low.

• Please pack and store your boxes within two weeks. If you take longer, we’ll have to start your storage subscription from the date you received the box.
• We like to offer convenient time slots but that means a tight schedule, so we need to keep our collections fast. Please be at home at the agreed time and have your boxes ready on the ground floor for us. Missed deliveries or collections incur a £20 charge.
• Boxes are provided and delivered free on the condition that you store with Boxman. If you return all your boxes unused, we’ll need to charge £5 a month per box, and a £5 per box collection fee.
