PLACING YOUR ORDER
1. Overseas orders
All deliveries to a Non-UK or Ireland address must be placed from: www.boxman.com.
2. Ordering - what do I do?
When you have found an item you want to order, click on the Buy button to the right of the item. The item is then placed in your 'Shopping Basket' at the bottom of the page. When you have finished shopping, choose 'Checkout' (next to your Shopping Basket). Then follow the instructions on the Checkout page.
3. Adjusting your basket
If you have placed the wrong items or the wrong number of items in your basket you can correct this yourself at the checkout. Select: 'Change Contents' on the bottom of the page. Click on 'Remove' if you need to remove an item. If you need to change the number of copies of an item, change the number in the box on the left hand side, then click 'Update Basket' to update your basket.
4. Cancel order
An order can only be cancelled if it has not been forwarded to the distributor. For orders with short 'ship within' times (1-4 days), orders are forwarded every day, which means that you have to be quick if you want to cancel. To cancel an order: please contact Customer Service.
5. Additions to orders
It is not possible to make additions to orders after an order had been completed. Please make a seperate order for any additional goods.
6. Release dates
Release dates with the year 2100 mean that the item has not yet been released and we have not been given the exact release date. As soon as we know a future release date it will appear on the site.
PAYMENT
7. Payment Method
Payment can only be made by credit card or Visa debit card. We accept Eurocard, Mastercard and Visa credit cards. We currently can not accept Switch cards on boxman.co.uk.
Please note that the minimum payment for credit cards is currently �3.
Your account will not be debited until the order is shipped.
8. Credit Card handling
We do not save your credit card number in our database.

9. Delivery times
All delivery times are given as 'usually shipped within' times - in working days and are approximate guidelines. For example: a product that's 'usually shipped within' 3 days will usually leave our fulfillment centre within 3 working days.
All items are subject to availability. We usually ship individual items from multiple item orders as they come into stock.
10. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are currently �1.95 per order, irrespective of the number of articles.

Sensitive information is encrypted so there is no greater risk in shopping at Boxman than at any high street shop.
16. Search engine
Different suppliers have sometimes registered the same artist in different ways. This means that the search engine treats 'Manic Street Preachers' and 'Preachers, Manic Street' as different artists - you can find different recordings under each name.
You should therefore go through all the suggestions you get from a search. If you search on the beginning of a first or family name you have the best chance of finding all the combinations of the artist's name in the database. For example search for just 'Manic Street' rather than the full name.
If you're looking for a video or DVD they may not always appear when searching by artist - try entering the artist's name and searching by 'Video' or 'DVD', rather than by 'Artist'.
17. Sorting search results
You can sort your search results in a number of different ways. You can search by title (alphabetically), date of release (most recent first), availability (shortest usual shipping time first) and price (cheapest first). To do this, all you have to do is click on the relevant underlined word at the top of the search results.
Products are also seperated by format - CDs are listed first, followed by CD singles, then vinyl etc.. If there are a great deal of items by that artist you'll find links to the other formats at the bottom of the search results, split up into 'CD page 1', 'CD page 2', 'CD singles page 1' etc.. Just click on the link to check the results.
18. The Buy buttons are not working!

19. Price missing
Is the price missing from the item you want to buy? Please contact us and we will ensure that it appears on the site as soon as possible! If 'unavailable' appears where the buy button is normally found, the item is temporarily out of stock with our suppliers.

If you receive the message "Javascript Error" this is because you have an old browser. Under the heading "Browser" you will find tips where you can download a later version.
